Management team grows

As our trade flows diversify, our geographic footprint grows and the team expands, Mocoh welcomes two new members onto the management team.

François Apotheker, who joins as Head of Risk is a senior risk professional with over 15 years of experience in the commodity sector across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. His analytical approach, focus on risk mitigation and ability to foster risk awareness across teams are central to strengthening Mocoh’s risk and control culture as the company’s portfolio and geographic footprint diversify and grow. Before joining Mocoh, Francois served as Regional Chief Risk Officer at COFCO and previously as VP, Head of Oil Product Control at NOBLE Group. He holds a BSc from HEIG Yverdon and HEG Geneva.

Yasmine Cissé Dagassan, who takes on the role of Head of HR & Administration brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience across regional and global teams. Most recently, she headed HR & Administration for the Africa region at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue in Geneva, following her role as Group Chief HR & Communications Officer at SOLEVO. Her extensive experience developing high-performing teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa is instrumental in strengthening Mocoh’s people strategy and driving capability and performance as the company expands its footprint as a leading commodity trader in Africa. Yasmine holds a Master’s degree from ESARC Toulouse and a CESA in HR from HEC Paris.
