We also collect personal data when you apply directly for any individual jobs via the “Contact Us” form on our website. Interested applicants can also use our LinkedIn page in case of a specific opportunity.  

Our website is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If persons under the age of 16 transfer personal data to us, it will only be processed with the consent of the parent/guardian/ legal representative. For this purpose, the contact details of the legal representative must be communicated to us in accordance with Art. 8 para. 2 GDPR. 

Data sharing and disclosure

We may share the personal data you provide to us within the Mocoh Group, always in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.  

Your personal data may be disclosed to suppliers to facilitate their performance of necessary tasks. Nevertheless, these suppliers must solely utilise the information provided for the designated services, acting on our behalf and as per our instructions, and they must adhere to applicable data protection laws. 

Where a data transfer may be necessary, we will take the necessary steps to ensure that your personal data has the required level of protection. We will notify you and seek your consent to processing, in each case if required.

Data retention

In line with this Policy, personal data is kept only for the duration necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or if there is another legal basis necessitating longer retention. Once personal data is no longer needed for its intended purposes, we will either delete or anonymise it, unless legal or regulatory obligations require extended storage, or for the purpose of establishing, asserting, exercising, or defending legal claims, investigations, or similar proceedings.
